Things are moving slower than back when things were normal. We are always 100% transparent with you, so here is everything you should expect when placing an order.
We pack and ship HeroMart orders every 7 Days
For maximum safely, we are shipping orders on a weekly basis. It may take up to 7 business days for your order to ship. Thank you for your incredible patience and understanding as we work to get shipments out as safely as possible.
Once your package is in the care of the Postal Service
Do you live in the USA?
- USPS has a 1-2 business day delay
- Certain locations, especially larger cities, have additional delays.
Do you live outside the USA?
- USPS / UPS Innovations are experiencing a slowdown with both shipping and tracking information
- Please allow 72 hours after fulfillment for tracking information for international packages to display properly.
Do you live in a country that suspended International Mail?
Due to the Coronavirus, The Postal Service is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations. This means any orders that have shipped and are not yet delivered will remain in transit (or returned to the sender) until The Postal Service resumes service. It also means any unfulfilled orders will be held until further notice.
- Unshipped orders are safe. We're holding your merch and will automatically ship when it is allowed.
- Shipped orders that have been returned are safe too.We are holding onto them and will reship them when it is allowed.
- We can't guarantee how long it will be before shipping is allowed, since that is up to the country (not us)
